Taurus follows Aries in the wheel of the zodiac, and this fixed earth sign’s stable and grounded reputation is a nice contrast to Aries’ fiery, martial aspects. Our bodacious bovine is a fixed Earth sign, and is ruled by Venus, making Taureans rooted, grounded, and stable while also embodying them with sensuality and a love of hedonistic pleasures. Taurus loves beauty and physical pleasure but sees life through a realistic lens.

Unlike Aries, Taurus is excellent at following through, exhibiting patience and perserverence with people and projects that they take on. Taurus is also loyal and protective, and stubborn too. Once they decide on a path, there is no steering them from their destination.

Taurus is a plant lover, and a Taurean with her hands in the dirt is a happy Taurean.
