A ritual candle version of my Road Opener ritual oil. Formulated using traditional herbs angelica, cinquefoil (five finger grass), hyssop, and abre camino, along with my own selection of herbs, botanicals, and essential oils. Crafted to sweeten the path ahead, break down defenses and barriers, to dispel negativity and draw in positivity, to remove stagnation and to open new avenues. It can be used to find a new love, a new job, and to create new opportunities or any time you need a new start. I like to use Road Opener spells for inspiration for positive change when I feel “stuck.”

I want to acknowledge that Road Opener formulations are traditionally used in Hoodoo practices and while my version is formulated based on my own herbal preferences, it does owe a debt of gratitude, appreciation, and inspiration to versions used in historically black practices.

Prairie Fire’s ritual dressed beeswax tapers are hand dipped using hemp wicks. Each pair measures approximately 8 inches long and 1 inch at the base. They fit into most standard candle holders and burn long and clean.

Do not leave candles burning unattended. Keep away from pets, children, and flammable materials. Burn only on heat proof surfaces. Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch for most efficient burn.
