In my chaos-embracing second decade, I worked a particular candle love spell that bound a person to me, ignorant of the ethics of love magic, and unprepared for the cosmic karmic gunk I was about to rain down on myself. It was the first '‘successful” spell I ever completed and it didn’t end prettily, with animosity and broken hearts for all involved, and although I eventually figured out how to undo the ugly working I’d undertaken, I’ve never stopped feeling rotten about the spell. I’m in no way moralizing anyone’s witchcraft; I’ve just come to feel aggressive love spells tend to go sideways in some pretty ugly ways. I’ve learned a lesson or two and these days I wouldn’t dream of binding someone to myself and any love spell I might do would be more about attracting opportunities for healthy love where no one is forced or compelled to go against their own true nature. Made for 7 day spells, this vegan soy candle is lightly scented with essential oils. Each candle is approximately 13 oz. with ECO cotton coreless wicks.

Use only on a heatproof surface. Keep wick trimmed to 1/4 inch for most efficient burning and less soot. Do not leave burning candles unattended or near pets, children, or flammable materials.
