Lilith Ritual Anointing Oil
Lilith Ritual Anointing Oil
With botanicals, herbs and resins from the Mescalero sand dunes in eastern New Mexico, real amber resin, frankincense, and Texas wildflowers, this anointing oil is inspired by Lilith's time beside the Red Sea, after leaving Adam and Eden. She has been called a succubus, a demon, an abortionist, among other epithets, but for me, Lilith is the archetype of a woman listening to her intuition and refusing to conform to anyone's preconceived notions of who she should be.
The herbal blend I selected (most foraged or grown by myself) is inspired by Lilith's strength, sexuality, resilience and defiance. These include fig leaf, blue lotus, shin oak, sandalwood, lavender, patchouli, sea salt, desert sand, Spanish dagger, spectacle plant, desert wildflowers, frankincense, amber resin, and other herbs, resins and botanicals and organic olive oil.
Ritual anointing oils can be used to consecrate tools, to anoint the body, as an offering, to dress candles and poppets, and to "fix" spells. This purchase is for one 1 oz glass bottle of Lilith Ritual Anointing Oil.
